for operators of many channels

Google scattered your channels.
This is the map.

Every YouTube channel you own — across every Google account — on one screen. Live stats, encrypted token vault, security posture, and a memory that doesn't rot. Google will never build this. So we did.

sound familiar?

You can't protect what you can't see.

If you run more than a couple of channels, you already know the feeling.

"Which Google account owns this channel again?"
Brand accounts, contact addresses, decoy logins that own nothing — Google shows you one keyhole at a time, never the building.
"Which phone number verified what?"
Google doesn't tell you. Ever. When you need it for recovery, that information is simply gone.
"Is my whole operation one lost password from gone?"
Nine channels under one login is one blast radius. No Google screen will ever show you that concentration.
"When did that channel rename itself?"
Channels drift — renames, handle changes, accidental creations wearing your legal name. Untracked change is how estates rot.
what it does

A vault, a sentry, and a ledger.

🗺

The Map

Every account, every channel, one screen. Live subs, videos, views — pulled fresh from YouTube itself, so it can't go stale.

🔐

The Vault

One read-only OAuth grant per channel, encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Green means healthy. Red means your access died — and you found out first.

🌳

The Tree

Your estate as a hierarchy — collapse accounts, drag channels into your own order, and drag them to plan future moves between accounts.

🛡

Security posture

Accounts without 2FA, unverified recovery emails, missing recovery phones — flagged where you'll actually see them, before the day they matter.

📈

Memory that compounds

Every refresh snapshots your numbers. Trendlines across your whole estate, for free, from a table you never think about.

📇

The dossier

Click any channel: exact figures, IDs, ownership, your operator notes — editable in place. Everything you'd need for a recovery appeal, held outside Google's reach.

🛰

The Sentry

A daily watch that works while you sleep: stats refreshed, record re-checked, every deviation diffed. A token dies, a channel renames, videos vanish, a domain nears expiry — you get the email that day, not the month after.

✒

The Seal

Ratify your record into numbered, immutable versions — each one frozen, hashed, and chained to every stamp before it. Certified copies of any version, downloadable forever.

the seal

A record that can prove itself.

Anyone can keep notes. What buyers, platforms, and courts respect is a record that can demonstrate its own integrity — and that's a property of math, not of promises.

Tamper-evident by construction
Every ratified version is hashed and chained to the one before it. Alter a single comma anywhere in history and every seal after it shatters, visibly. Nothing in the past can be quietly rewritten — not even by us.
Honesty is stamped in
A version can't be sealed over known problems silently — imperfections are either fixed or waived in the owner's own written words, and the waivers become part of the stamp. A record that admits its flaws is a record that can be believed.
Verifiable by anyone
Certified copies carry everything needed to check them — recompute the hash, walk the chain. Your buyer's diligence doesn't have to trust you, or us. It can check.
Sealed by math, not by authority
We're not a notary and don't pretend to be. We make your record checkable — and in due diligence, an appeal, or a dispute, checkable beats trusted.
the ceremony

You don't save your estate. You ratify it.

Everything else in Transferkeep autosaves — losing your typing is a sin. But sealing a version of your estate is different, and it's the one thing here that is deliberately slow. It's not a feature you use. It's an act you perform.

1 · Nothing red survives
A version with a provable error in it cannot be sealed. Not warned about — refused. You cannot stamp a lie, and neither can we.
2 · Imperfections are signed, in your words
Anything suspect gets fixed — or waived, by you, with your written reason, and that waiver is sealed into the stamp forever. Your record admits what it doesn't know. That's what makes the rest believable.
3 · You see everything that changed
The full diff since your last seal, laid out. You cannot ratify what you haven't reviewed — the stamp means you looked.
4 · You type the word
RATIFY. Capitals. By hand. Then the version freezes, the seal issues, and it joins the chain — permanent, numbered, yours. Canon.

It's your estate. Nobody else's hand is on the stamp — not ours, not a machine's. And yes: it feels like signing a treaty. That's the point.

why this exists

Built by an operator who lost track of his own estate.

Transferkeep started as a rant: "I have accounts everywhere, I don't know what's where, and Google won't even let me BUY organization." That turned out to be true in an interesting way — Google structurally cannot show you your own estate. Refusing to link your accounts is their security model. One-human-one-account is their worldview. The unified view can only exist on the owner's side, holding the owner's keys.

So we mapped the estate by hand once — found nine channels under one login, four decoy accounts that owned nothing, a recovery email that was never verified, and phone mappings Google had lost forever. Then we built the thing that makes sure that mapping never has to happen again.

the exit test

The day you sell, this is what the buyer asks for.

Channel businesses change hands every day — and every deal stalls on the same questions. Which account actually owns this? Are the licenses real? Who else has access? Why did the numbers dip last spring? Houses have title. Companies have data rooms. Cars have CARFAX. Channels have… screenshots.

Proof of ownership
Verified account-to-channel chain, token-proven control, handle history. Not a screenshot — a record.
Books that exist
Complete metrics history from automatic snapshots, and a change journal that explains every anomaly a buyer will ask about.
The paper trail
Music licenses, domain ownership, cross-platform handles, business mapping — pointed to, dated, in one place.
The premium
A documented estate closes faster and prices higher than an identical undocumented one. Documentation is not overhead. It's asking price.
trust, since we're asking for keys

Read-only. Encrypted. Yours.

Read-only scope

The only permission ever requested is youtube.readonly. Transferkeep cannot upload, edit, or delete anything on your channels. Ever.

Encrypted at rest

Refresh tokens are sealed with AES-256-GCM. No plaintext tokens, anywhere, at any time.

Revocable in one click

Every grant is visible in your Google account and revocable there instantly. You always hold the master switch.

Plans, not actions

Dragging a channel to another account records intent — it never touches Google. Real transfers stay in your hands, where they belong.

Your estate, one screen.

Transferkeep is in early access — free while we earn the right to hold your keys. Tell us about your estate and we'll open the door.
